Can Donald Trump utilize tunes versus an entertainer's will?

Jack White's electrical equipment "takes legal action against fascists", wrote the frontman of The White Stripes on Instagram on September 9th. The "fascist" is actually Donald Trump, who lately used the band's most pop music, "7 Country Army", in an initiative video clip. Mr White prefers him to quit. He signs up with a lengthy list of performers that object to Mr Trump using their popular music: Abba, Celine Dion, Beyoncu00e9, Foo Fighters, the estates of Isaac Hayes and Sinu00e9ad O'Connor and Johnny Marr of The Smiths-- and those are simply the objectors from this year.
